Helping children that Fall through the cracks.

  How does the Boys 2 MEN/Girls 2 Women program work? It works by establishing vibrant, Boys 2 MEN/Girls 2 Women clubs on university and junior college campuses, mentorship and summer programs. These clubs can range from 15 to 100 members or more. These excited, motivated, fierce groups of college students become like little armies. Their marching orders are to penetrate and infiltrate local elementary and secondary schools and unearth children who have Fallen Through the Cracks (FTC). Once FTC children are identified a Boys2MEN/-Girls2Women Mentoring/Tutoring Club is established on that school campus, and each FTC child is then incubated, nurtured, tutored and inspired towards greatness.

  The Boys 2 MEN/Girls 2 Women Foundation is a non-profit organization developed to serve the community by assisting children from 5 to 18 years of age in becoming productive members of society by instilling positive, spiritual, cultural, educational, vocational and social values.
